This month we take a moment to pause honor Indigenous women who keep on being the target for racism right here on their land. Last month, Joyce Echaquan passed away at a hospital in Joliette, where she is believed to have been mistreated, on top of being insulted with racist slurs by a white nurse during her last moments. This is not an isolated case. #InSolidarityWithIndigenousWomen
We also touch on highlights and end with a beautiful and powerful poem.
